车库门设计过程参考的设计依据

滑板式车库门的设计,关系到整个车库的安全可靠性,为了使车库整体性能的安全可靠性。在设计过程,设计人员应参考该行业的有关标准要求。

1. 门板的荷载计算
1. Load calculation of door panel
(1)风荷载的计算:根据最大标高,计算出风荷载标准值。

(2)门板的自重荷载取值:门板的自重包含:a.外表面的铝板、花岗岩、主龙骨和支撑面板结构的次龙骨的荷载之和;b.内表面有复合铝板、主龙骨和支撑面板结构.

2 、转动轴的强度验算
2. Strength checking calculation of rotating shaft
(1)转动轴按抗剪设计:分别以门板开启和关闭的状态计算单个转动轴所承受的最大剪力,比较取其中的剪力,并根据转动轴所需的最小截面积情况,计算并选取转动轴的最小半径。
(1) The rotation shaft is designed according to shear resistance: the maximum shear force of a single rotation shaft is calculated with the door plate open and closed respectively, and the shear force is compared. According to the minimum cross-sectional area required by the rotation shaft, the minimum radius of the rotation shaft is calculated and selected.
(2)顶面多点锁的抗剪强度验算:分别以门板开启和关闭的状态计算门板顶面的点锁位和点锁个数,

(3)组合钢结构柱的强度验算:其中荷载组成主要有:

(4)门板转动轴的中心点的位置:转动轴中心线按照二次静矩原理计算确定得知。由于门板的横向和纵向的主梁均对中心轴线线性均匀分布,而且重度完全相同,所以可先假定平衡中心轴线的静矩,再根据实际的时才和铝材分布过程的重度不同确定中心轴线的位置。并考虑施工过程的误差影响,可适当调整门板制作。

3 、门板的强度验算
3. Strength checking calculation of door panel
门板的强度验算应分别按照门板开启和关闭两种工况下进行,并使用3D3S钢结构分析计算软件对门板的强度(弯矩、剪力、挠度)进行验算。分别在门板关闭和开启的状态时,计算a.1.35的恒荷载;b.1.2恒荷载+1.5风荷载;比较选其中不利的组合。此时,弯矩、剪力和挠度大。
The strength of the door plate should be checked according to the opening and closing conditions of the door plate, and the strength (bending moment, shear force and deflection) of the door plate should be checked by 3D3S steel structure analysis and calculation software.
