车库门工业门是怎么增加门板强度的?

  市面上的车库门及工业大门的门板,是将O. 26mm-0. 5mm的镀锌板或彩钢板制造成车库门板或工业大门门板需求的面板或背板,再应用聚氨酯发泡剂将这两块板粘接在一同,在粘接之前在设计好位置的中央放上100mmX 100mmX0. 8mm的铁块作为今后装置打自攻钉用的预埋铁,有4个缺陷。 第一凹槽接口处,由于车库门或工业大门在实践运用中,不停地上下运动,当门板着地时,整个门体有向下的压力,容易将门板凹槽处顶裂开,致使门板损坏。第二 预埋铁容易在聚氨酯发泡剂的压力下错位,形成装置时不易找到预埋铁,致使无法将合页装置结实。第三普通车库门及工业大门的门板的厚度为40mm,假如做得太厚,本钱太高,形成糜费,不做太厚话,在40mm的根底上,再门洞宽度超越5000mm的状况下,抗风性能差;

  或许有的厂家在装置时,在门板背板面另外添加镀锌钢板压制的外置增强筋,用抽芯铆钉装置固定,但效果不佳,缘由是增强筋与门板的背板不能成为整体。第四聚氨酯发泡剂容易在凸槽处外溢,容易污染门板外表及糜费聚氨酯发泡剂资料。
